Course Refund and Cancellation Policy
* Refunds for instructor-led and live online classes are permitted provided if the request comes on or before 7 days of course start date. If you no longer wish to attend an instructor-led or live online class, you must notify NetMet Solutions in writing at least 7 days before the course start date. You are then eligible to receive a full refund or learning credit equivalent to the course fee paid that you may apply to another course enrolment. Refund will be processed within 7 working days and credited to the account provided. If learning credits are availed then they will be processed in 7 working days and notified via email. The learning credits expires 180 calendar days from issue date.
* Refunds are not permitted once the course has started.
* Course fees paid under promotion, offers, discounts do not qualify for refund
* If for any reason, you need to reschedule a class you have enrolled, or if you would like to choose a different start date after enrolment, you must notify Netmet Solutions in writing at least 7 days before the class start date. At Netmet’s sole discretion, you may incur a rescheduling fee if your request is placed less than 7 days before the original class start date. Rescheduling fees are based on current class list price and must be paid before you may attend.
* Rescheduling 7 days or more in advance will not incur a rescheduling fee.
* Rescheduling less than 7 days in advance will incur a 10% of the course fees as rescheduling fee.
* Failure to attend your scheduled class without prior written notification will be considered a “no show” and the course fee paid will be forfeited.

Note: There will be no refunds given to the students who request it outside the parameter.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions or your use of the services shall be resolved exclusively by the court jurisdiction at Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
